The 1:1 sessions will benefit you if you are new to yoga or would like a class designed specifically for your unique body and needs. I offer Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative yoga or Chair yoga or a combination of all of these styles. You may have 1 or 2 sessions or a block of sessions.
