WELCOME 

Hi I'm Renee. Thank you for finding me here.

I'm a Yoga student and Teacher. 

Yoga is a holistic practice for your mind, body & soul.

We practice asana (physical postures),

pranayama (breath work) 

and mindfulness to promote a sense of well-being and to help you reconnect to yourself. 

Your body is unique and  

tells a story of who you are and your experiences in life.  

Emotions such as stress, anxiety or trauma can be held in your body. 

Yoga can help support your emotional wellness and calm your nervous system. This may help promote better sleep. 

Regular yoga practice can help ease aches, pains, release tension and stiffness.

Yoga can build strength in your body whilst increasing bone density.

Helping to improve flexibility, mobility and enhance 

your stability and balance.  

You are invited to choose the variation of a posture to suit your unique body, using the props to give your body the nourishment it needs. 

Yoga can be a great tool for managing your symptoms of 

Peri-menopause and Menopause and help you to embrace the natural change your body is going through.
